Trust Centre Updates
Maple has added a new subprocessor Persona. Persona provides identity verification services to simplify the account creation process and reduce fraud.
During the verification process, users need to upload a selfie and a photo of their government ID. After the verification process is finished, Maple removes all information from the Persona servers. This process typically only takes a few seconds.
